Days Inn by Wyndham Mt Pleasant-Charleston-Patriots Point

My room smelled like they tried to clean it after a smoker, and there is a lollipop stick on the side table. It’s not the best area of town, but it’s convenient and well lit.

Close to all the places we were going to see. Happy that we got a first floor room

When we got to our room we discovered that the floor was flooded, evidently from the refrigerator. We called down to the desk and and when someone finally answered the phone we told them what we found and they said they would call us back and told us to use towels to sop up the water. We told them there was only 1 towel to use. They said that they had no more towels and were going to check on getting us into another, clean room. After 15 minutes and no word, we called back to the desk and were put on hold. When they returned, they told us that the system was down and they did not know which room was available. They sent someone up with a mop. They handed the mop to us and said good luck. It was late and we were tired but we had to mop and clean up the mess as best we could. This was the worst customer service that we have ever encountered. No sorry for the inconvenience, no help to get the room the way it should be-nothing. We did not even mention the smell of the room. We figured they would not care about that either. This was a horrible choice in places to stay.

Room smelled like a cheap hotel when you walked in. Mattress wasn’t bad, but wasn’t good either, same for pillows. Being an older hotel you could hear people in rooms beside you and above you, could also hear everything outside. The entire facility was just rundown and needed work.

Don’t stay here. There is nothing good to say about this hotel besides the fact that it was easy to find.

My stay was in room #135. Woke up at 2:30am to find bed bugs in my bed. Luckily, I live in the charleston area so I went home immediately. Would not recommend this place to anyone.

No tv cable or wifi service

I had a goodtime with my family. the room was a good size but the bathroom was to small for someone who needed the room to shower and use the toilettebut also had to flush it three times to empty. Then it ran all night. We ate out by the pool it was nice and breezy out that night. The pool needed to be cleaned and they need to fix or replace the chairs that are cracked or broken, other then that it was a nice place for a night.

The room was dirty and there was cockroaches all over the room coming out of the air vents. Black mold all over the place. The room reeked like mildew and mold. The power went out early in the morning called front desk she said she was sending maintenance but they NEVER came. The Wi-Fi didn’t work said no internet connection available. Checked out 3 hours early because of everything.

We had to change rooms after a plumbing problem and the new room just had different issues. The beds were hard, pillows were lumpy, the ac unit did not work well, and the bathroom was disgusting.
