"Horrible experience"

Stayed due to 85 year old mom having outpatient procedure and needed a night to rest before driving back home. I made sure to book a special needs/handicap room. That's not what I got! Instead, we had to walk 3/4 length of long hotel to get to room (no parking in front of it because pool and grass area with picnic table and grounds littered with cigarette butts). The bed was extremely high! My mom isn't even 5 foot tall, can barely walk, just had a procedure and I am trying to get her up in bed and back down and repeat many times for bathroom, etc. That was very painful for her!!!!! The bathroom didn't have lowered, hand held shower head or lowered access as described. Basically got a regular room instead of the one I reserved. I even pre registered online when I was sent link reminding of reason staying. The hotel itself was awful, rundown, unkempt, dirty and appeared to have people actually living there. Nothing you would expect Wyndham to attach their name to! When checked in, the ladies English wasn't good and she didn't understand my concerns. When checked out I asked for manager and basically was told sorry but you should have called to make sure the room was available! Seriously? I'm supposed to do your job? To top it off, no internet. I was told they were working on it and ripped it all out... yet the lobby had internet!!! The whole place, room and service was a disaster!

"Rooms smell, furniture is chipped, paint is peeling, rusty, poorly maintained bathrooms."

Mold in the first room. They did give us good and flexible service, but the condition of the property is very poor.

The staff was nice. The room was outdated with scratched damaged furniture. One dresser was missing the top drawer. Strong musty smell. No coffee maker. Would not like to stay there again.

"Poor service"

I stayed here last year and it was great. This year they have no working WiFi, their ice machine is not working and they only have juice and yogurt for their free breakfast. Very disappointing. When I asked to speak to a manager they weren’t available. When I asked them to have them call me, no response. I’ve not been reached out to yet

"Not a good stay"

This hotel was not what I expected at all. It was an older hotel. I booked it mainly because they advertised breakfast. There was nothing at all except for coffee. The attendant even told us we should sneak for breakfast at the Howard Johnson next door and that she does that often herself. The rooms weren't clean, the shampoo and conditioner bottles were empty. There was no toilet paper and the fridge was broken. Would never stay here again.

"Bad experience!"

The room was a no frills motel type room. Upgraded recently. I have never left a bad review but this stay was not good. First room we were put in the AC did not work and the floors were sticky. Never removed my shoes. The second room the AC worked. There was a lot of people living here fulltime. Cats sitting in windows. No telling what else was going on here. I wasnt going to say anything because I know it was a cheap place to stay. I should have went just a little bit more expensive but i was being a cheapo this weekend. But what really upset me was when we asked for more towels. The front desk said they did not have any. Several people were asking and all got the same answer. Said we had to talk to manager next day. Well i dont think they understand english well so it wasnt worth talking to anyone about. The summary of this is poor management! If the management was better it would be an ok place to stay.

"Excellent"

The rooms nice need some update. Their air condition was not cold enough, but it did work. The young lady at the front desk was very helpful and nice.
