Comfy bed and pillows

The floors clearly hadn't been cleaned. Crumbs and hairs, an empty bag on the floor, hairs in the shower... The staff who greeted us never once gave me a smile very monotone but the one who checked us out was warm and helpful.

"Next trip I would spend a bit more money to have a clean comfortable room"

rooms need a re-do, needs a deep cleaning, bed mattress was not comfortable at all, need full size pillows on bed, filthy chair was in room
