It was close to downtown and trolley. The shuttle was very convenient too so you didn’t have to pay for parking downtown and keep car at hotel. Staff was friendly, very informative and helpful. Overall, it was quite too, didn’t hear people in other room

We didn't make it to breakfast unfortunately, however location was great, staff was friendly, lovely dog park.

Could of had a bottle of water in the fridge and some shampoo

Gave a nice breakfast. Staff very friendly and acommodating.

The pool area is so outdated and very tiny. I chose this hotel based on pictures and the pool did not look like the pictures at all. They need to update it.

Everything but the front desk clerk who checked us in. He really needs to learn some people skills. Especially in his line of work.

You pay a $10 parking fee to park in front of the room you just paid to rent, or near it anyway. It's not valet so, can't see why you're paying to park there. Spaces aren't limited and in dire demand. I would expect that at a higher end hotel and although this is a decent hotel, it is not the Ritz. On top of that you pay for their shuttle service so I am really failing to see the benefit here other than them charging you more.
