Staff were friendly, Driver was friendly, relatively nice breakfast, helpful concierge

Stained sheets, stained towels, heated water didn’t last long, close to the mosque where prayers started at 4am and crowing roosters throughout the night. Far from all attractions.

Staff was fantastic and very helpful. Especially Linda and Bima. When my husband fell at the lobby, your staff were quick to attend to him to apply first aid. Linda was also very professional and flexible when we requested to change room to the block with a lift.

On arrival, the lobby was in a mess with renovation going on. This was not informed in advance when we made the booking. The floor was not safe to walk, with debris around. My husband fell at the steps too as a result. We were also unaware during booking, that there was no lift at the block we were assigned too.

Badly maintained

The room rate is reasonable.

They were doing some renovation. No iron is provided but only ironing service is available which I feel very inconvenient because I need to iron clothes. And they charge per piece. Bring your iron.

It is a nice place to stay as the counter staff is helpful in giving directions and room is clean enough for me. Good for people that just want a simple with no high expectation and clean room.

Nothing much around the place. No entertainment and far from shopping mall.
