"Value for money stay"

Value for money and our room had a good view of fireworks on new years eve! Overall the room is clean and bedsheets are clean. Hotel maintenance could be improved, bathroom shower doesnt drain fast. There's also some smell in the bathroom, which the hotel puts air freshener so it doesnt smell. Bedsheets and towels look old but are still clean Breakfast is very basic

The Reception has no hospitality manner. All the answers are can not and tidak bisa Not willing to serve and help at all. Ask for Reception name but act ignore Guest chat Reception but again ignore and Read Only Staff attitude very Bad👎
