Used ResortPass to book a day pass and first stopped in for lunch and met Terry who was an absolutely delightful server and bartender. He has a pleasant and calm demeanor and makes sure you have what you need before you can ask. If you listen closely you can hear him jamming out to their music. Thanks Terry!!!

Great hotel and such a great rate! Pool was amazing, the service, the room was awesome! Rebecca at the front desk was so helpful, knowledgeable and kind! Highly recommend this great spot and lots of recreational fun, bikes, kayaks, hammocks!!!

This is the first time that we've ever stayed at a McCormick property. My husband and I had been through a very long and hard day cleaning out a storage unit of ours in the Arizona heat, and we're afraid that we wouldn't be able to check in because it was almost midnight, so I called the front desk to see if we were still able to have the room for the 2 nights that we booked prior. When I called, I was met with a very friendly and inviting voice that reassured us that everything was okay and to take all the time that we needed. When we finally arrived we were greeted by Bella at the front desk who was so understanding and welcoming and beyond informative about everything that they had to offer to us, and to not hesitate to call her if we needed anything no matter what time it was. She apologized that they had moved us to the suite, but we were so tired we didn't care if they put us in a closet somewhere! The room was just a few feet down the hall and when we opened the door our jaws hit the floor. The room was huge with a living room and beautiful dining table, kitchen, bedroom and bathroom with everything you would need while away from home. My first thought was, why was she apologizing about the room? Bella has made our stay here phenomenal! I've asked her for many things, and she has always delivered with a smile and promptness that is exceptional. We extended our stay for a more days because of Bella and everything that she seems to do so effortlessly for us. She is very professional and so kind and understanding at the same time, which is extremely admirable, especially in the world we live in today. She is a diamond in the ruff, and The McCormick should be very proud and grateful that they have her to represent them. Thank you Bella, for just being you. The restaurant was amazing. We had our server Terry, who was bursting with personality how does non-stop laughing? And could read our minds on what we wanted with our sauces? We didn't even have to ask, he gave exactly what we wanted and needed before we even asked for it his charm was phenomenal.. i personally had their cheeseburger with bacon, and avocado was delicious with the fries.And we enjoyed the mozzarella sticks.My son especially enjoyed them and the club sandwich was delicious. Our stay at the McCormick was the beds are kind of on the small side for 2 doubles. The room was comfortable as far as a good size, the pool is very enjoyable, it's warm. Like the weather with enough coolness to cool you down everything is very air-conditioned, and we will GO 4A walk on the lake.
