Good sized rooms, new bathrooms, very clean. The pool and area is very clean and comfortable to be in,

The building itself is a little tired, could do with a coat of paint inside and out and cleaner carpets in public areas. There were few gluten free options on the menu.

When I messed up and had to get another night they charged me $500 for one night stay yeah I did not like that I would never stay there again

Wish I was there currently! Terry made our experience top notch, feels like a friend! Irma was also so good to my girls. The grounds are beautiful and the view is amazing! Drinks and food were an added bonus!

"McCormick is a win. 5 STAR staff."

The McCormick, rooms are very clean. The feel is a little aged but not run down or dirty. Beautiful pool and lake view from the patio. The Staff is very polite and accommodating. Wedley was our check in clerk and did his best to make me feel served with 5 star service. I stayed for 4 nights near the elevator on the 3rd floor and slept very well despite hearing people in the hallway on rare occasions. The breakfast staff are very nice but the food is overpriced.

My experience with Wedly at the front desk has been nothing but exceptional. He understands customer relations and he exemplifies it. I appreciate that he actively listens to the customer and he’s a solutionist. His great personality and his smile made communicating with him a pleasant experience.
