The McCormick Scottsdale is charming, serene, and a fantastic value. Quiet yet just a very short drive to all the action of Scottsdale. We have stayed here multiple times before and will do so again. A special shout out to Wedly at the front desk. He is certainly a colorful and eubullient personality that exudes charm, efficiency and downright top notch attitude that makes you feel welcome. No doubt the front desk manage Bella was smart when she hired Wedly which speaks volumes of her proper attitude of exemplary customer service. If you love stuffy places that are overpriced go check in at the Ritz Carlton, you want fantastic value where the staff really makes you feel welcome and cared for come to the McCormick Scottsdale. This hotel is truly a hidden gem offering a unique ambiance the moment you walk in. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. Rhian was particularly accommodating with our room selection. We selected one on the 3rd floor that offered a beautiful garden view. The best part about this hotel is that every room has a balcony. So nice to sit outside and enjoy the evening.

Cabana charge didn't include pool chairs or food/beverage service. Chairs and couch were dirty from previous occupants and birds

Everything pair you said was falling apart, very dirty to even sit on in the balcony air was broken pool area just too small… Also, you hear everything then I sleep all night from noise coming from outside and in the hallway, very thin walls

The food was better than other places we dined

Staff was polite but usually too rushed .. wasn’t comfortable asking too many questions about the hotel or other places of interest

This is my husband & I 2nd year we’ve came and will totally be a 3rd! Bottom floor, king room bed, lake view & patio walkout is the way to go. Easy access to the pool and restaurant right from our patio. It’s the best and you can’t beat the bar/restaurant. Terry is by far the best server & bartender. He’s very friendly, great recommendations and someone we look forward to seeing when we come. You’ve got to have the 3 Amigos and chips to start and the Cobb salad and salmon dish are simply wonderful!! We highly recommend The McCormick Ranch!
