Great locatation in the heart of Trieste. Well renovated apartment, clean and comfortable.

The breakfast was delicious, the location was perfect, close to everything you would need in the city.

The absence ot the name of the hotel on the building was confusing at first. I would rather they had put the name on somewhere that everyone can see and make sure that they are in the right place.

Breakfast was the same every day: a jam-filled croissant (and those were consistently awesome by the way!), jam, Italian white bread, coffee with milk, yoghurt. We were offered the ability to change breakfast every day but I was content. Also, receiving lactose free or vegan products was no issue. It was a good start into the day, if a bit indulgent even for my sweet tooth, and during breakfast we got to know our host Walter who was a joy to talk to, he's a really nice and attentive man. He runs Punto8 together with his wife Michela. The location of the BnB was amazing. 10 minutes to the city center, 15 minutes to the harbour, 5 minutes to the nearest grocery shop. We could not have asked for a better part of town to stay in. It was also a very safe and worry-free experience.

The only thing I can maybe think of right now is that maybe the doors to the room weren't solid wood but had rather big, dull milky glass panels in them but even so, privacy wasn't an issue.
