This was a very pleasant stay. Shopping and restaurants are close by. Would stay again.
The room was more spacious than I was expecting and came with a bunch of amenities like a fireplace, dishwasher, full size fridge with freezer, oven and more. Everything in the room was clean aside from a few stains on the carpet, and stocked with everything I needed. The parking was a bit difficult to find an open space near the room, but other than that everything was great and quiet.

There was water in coffee maker it was natsy snd mole was in it there was dishes in dish washer the property is bad. Bed was good there grab and go good
This place is amazing. Like a real loft townhouse. Really comfortable beds and a full size kitchen. No remotes for the tv and a severely ignored cleaning of the ceiling fans was the bad. Plus the microwave had no glass platter.
The cable didnt work couldnt watch tv and the internet was down all weekend
While it was nice to have so much room, which I paid extra for, I was very disappointed that so many listed features weren't actually available. The pool was closed, the wifi was down the entire time, and the fireplace was wood-burning, with no wood available anywhere nearby, but that didn't matter because they didn't have any fireplace tools, making it impossible to safely use the main feature my family was anticipating. Oh, and apparently they don't have enough towels. They required everyone to bring your used, wet towels to the office and exchange them if you needed fresh ones. My favorite was the torn, raggedy condition of the towels and linens. Truly an adventure! And good luck getting help from the staff. My family travels often and understand that not everything goes perfect all the time, but here, nothing went well, ever. We did not enjoy our stay, and will not use them again. They wouldn't even consider a discount even though they weren't providing the experience listed here on Expedia. Terrible.
For 909$ i would had love for my tv in my bed room to had work and the living room tv had a few channels thats u couldnt her. Besides that i want to relax and thata just what i did relax. Front desk staff wa the best day or night.
Staff was phenomenal!! Macy was amazing.
