Residence Inn Denver Downtown

I have stayed at other residence inn hotels throughout the country and was expecting so much more from this one since they charged me $500 a night since they were walking distance to mile high stadium for a concert that evening. First of all, this is a MOTEL in the middle of downtown. I did not feel safe at all, especially since the signs in the room said lock and deadbolt all windows and doors and there were security alerts throughout the parking lot such that I feared my rental car would be broken into. Also, the deadbolt to the main door of my room was also broken. The room itself was fine and clean, and staff members were kind, but for me nothing could save the fact that I did not feel safe at all with the location and style of this MOTEL and still had to pay $500 for ONE night. I would never stay here again.

Is very dated and stale. Asked if I wanted the room made up each day. Told them yes. Room was never made up during our stay.

$15 easy parking right off of I-25 Steep Stairs to bathroom & bedroom No ice in lobby & no ice ready in freezer in room Tiny tiny old dated shower; floor tiles loose in area outside of shower.

The hotel is in a great location with restaurants and the interstate nearby. The staff was super friendly and helpful. The guy that runs the breakfast buffet was amazing and the breakfast was delicious!

The water pressure in the showers wasn't the greatest.

The staff was friendly, attentive, and professional. Love the area!

Furniture was stained. Me and my children were locked out of our room for 4 hours due to door not working/ wasn’t offered anything more than a parking voucher.
