Residence Inn Denver Downtown

Clean and mostly comfortable, though my mattress sagged badly. Lots of space for the money, and a great location with easy access to I-25 (and neighborhood just up the street has terrific restaurants and fine drinking establishments). Staff friendly and helpful.

Rooms were okay. Breakfast was really bad. We stayed for 5 nights and among them hot coffee machine wasn’t working for 2 days. Bread wasn’t there. Very limited options to choose from.it’s no where to Marriott’s standards. Very disappointing stay with Residency Inn.

Good things: friendliness, helpfulness of staff, allowed me to check in early, ability to leave my luggage for a later flight. The gym Not so good: pool not working, bathtub stained, hairdryer outlet kept losing power, breakfast lack of fresh, less processed foods

The property was a little unkept and the pull out bed was very uncomfortable for the kids.

Nice size room and good breakfast.

Noise!!!!!!!!! Loud traffic. Too many fast-traveling cars outside my room.

Location good Rundown rooms, carpet, appliances, doors, toilet.

We stayed for 5 nights. Room itself was just okay, fine enough to sleep there. But there was sugar ants in the kitchen and bathroom areas. The drain in the shower wasn’t draining and we were told that here was no maintenance man on duty so they said we could go buy draino. The deadbolt on the door didn’t work, and the pool was dirty. Like I said, fine enough to sleep there. But all of the little things added up and was disappointing.

Spotless clean, kitchen to use, bus to downtown everything was perfect

We stay here all the time, this was a terrible experience this time, upon arriving at 420 pm we were told there were no rooms ready, we had to wait 2 hours to get our room, they also said pool was closed, so we could not go wait in the pool, we had to sit in our car.

Arrived at check in time to be told rooms were not ready, waiting for 2 hours to get in to our rooms, pool was closed so we could not wait there just had to sit in our car, Joshua front desk guy was the only one there, no manager to help him, he just kept saying he did not know how long it would be to get a room and there was nothing he could do we just had to wait
