Residence Inn Denver Downtown

Goede ligging en hele fijne bedden. Ontbijt prima en afwisselend. Fitnessruimte is goed gefaciliteerd. De dame van de receptie verdient absoluut een compliment. Wat een gastvrijheid en een warm welkom!

I liked the property location, it is close to a lot of great dining. The staff were super nice and helpful. The bed was very comfortable. The one downside was that the walk-in shower for handicap accessibility did not have good drainage; it resulted in water all over the bathroom floor every time. However the staff provided many extra towels so we made it work.

It was an okay hotel; the neighborhood was a little intimidating, but it worked for what we needed. The pool was out the entire time we were there, which was really a negative, and not posted anywhere. The door to the room was VERY hard to get to unlock certainly needs a little maintenanceTLC.

Fewer restaurants in walking distance than some places, but it has very easy access to arterial roads that run through Denver. Good as a base to explore the city or a cheaper and quieter option if you have business downtown.

Housekeeping was supposed to come by every other day, only came by twice.

Size of room was nice. Great breakfast.

Property seems dirty. Garbage around, doesn’t seem well kept. Bathtub was clogged. 3 of us were staying in the room and there were no extra towels or sheets for the extra person.

Great for a family. It has a suite downstairs with double doors (but they don't lock!) and an open loft upstairs with its own bathroom. Full size kitchen and nice sized living room. Was very convenient to stay for a few days and be able to cook. The included breakfast was nice too.
