Residence Inn Denver Downtown

No pool. They kept saying it was going to work and it was being worked on. It clearly was never going to be working. Had to spend more $ to keep kids entertained instead of enjoying the pool. Dirtiest hotel I’ve ever stayed in. Had to buy ant traps.

Very noisy location, ambulances and emergency vehicles all day and night

While I was grateful that this property had a room at late notice since my original hotel near the airport was overbooked and couldn’t honor my reservation, I would never choose this hotel in advance. It is not near anything except a clustering of other big chain hotels. It’s a dated banged up property. Stains in the bathtub, damaged walls, old oak cabinets from the 80s. Breakfast also from the 80s. No alternative milks, highly processed eggs and sausage patties which they ran out of instantly, brown spotty bananas. Bed was comfortable, which is I suppose is the key requirement.

Misc cigarette butts around. Lots of families staying there so can get noisy. First floor is nice because there’s no elevators but I had a family on top of me so made it noisy. Nice bed, friendly staff. Confusion over reservations with multiple payments.

Staff waas very helpful and accomadating. Breakfast was so good that we forego going out as planned one day to eat at the hotel.

I love the kitchen area with a full size fridge to keep all of our snacks and drinks cold. It was roomy enough for the four of us and we were comfortable the entire stay. We will be staying there again when we return in September for my daughter’s birthday.

Horrible, the place is dirty, hot, and noisy. I dont think they have AC in the building and the smell is horrible. I was planing to stay for 2 nights but i left 10 mins after check in cause it made me feel unsafe and the place was horrible. I wouldnt recommend it to anyone.
