Residence Inn Denver Downtown

I didn't think it measured up to the Residence Inn standard. Th room was clean but just need to be updated inside and out. Breakfast was fine.

Britney did a wonderful job of explaining all the charges, and where breakfast was held and how to get to my room. She made check in very pleasant.

The room was very clean, the breakfast was great, and the staff was very friendly & helpful.

Brittney Boydstun is the front office supervisor and she was so kind and warm. She really made me feel at home. The hotel was very nice, and the breakfast was great!

Located closely to restaurants in LoHi

The poor girl at the front desk needs a way to get a hold of house keeping, without having to leave the front desk. The check in time is 4pm and no one could check in. It sounded like hose keeping was not letting the front desk know which rooms were clean and the front desk lady had to keep leaving to find house keeping to figure out what rooms were done. People were very upset and yelling at the front desk. She really did such a nice job staying calm! Once in our room, there were no trash bags, or bar soap or the normal makeup wipes etc. It was just disappointing as we paid over $200. Could not get to our room until after 5pm and room was not complete.

Great central area. 10 minute walk to most things we wanted to do. The staff running the complimentary breakfast was top notch. Very friendly. Super clean. Pool was broken but staff was excellent about it and it happens.
