"Was great. Very relaxing. Weather was perfect."

Breakfast was very good. Location was great. Pools were wonderful. Loved the nature walk to the beach. Staff was very polite and attentive. Very peaceful there. Would come again.

Was a bit pricey to stay there. Nothing else honestly.

"Closing Soon for Remodel and you could Tell"

Location is Fantastic and property is excellent in it's setting on Clam Pass. Overall value Is average. The Hotel was days from closing for remodel and the staff seemed down and they were out of many staples in the restaurant.

Breakfast was good, especially server Fanfan!

Breakfast should be included in the price! This hotel should really offer more for the price we paid. Nothing was included, we even paid for parking the car, daily price.

"It was Ok....probably not going to come back with the family."

It's OK. Pretty run down rooms and that's not truly evident from the lobby and entry area so it's surprising once you get to your room. NEEDS MAJOR TLC for the $$$!

"Great location, good service, not so great beach."

Everything was great - staff, food, cleanliness, location. Only complaint is the beach is filled with broken shells and driftwood. My friend was injured as she stepped on a piece of driftwood and it almost went all the way through her foot. She had to go to the emergency room the following night as it was starting to get infected.

La ubicación, tamaño grande de habitación y el personal.

Le falta mantenimiento, no me dieron ni hora hora de Late check Out y que no le den prioridad a los huésped del hotel para usar los carros que van a la playa.

"Beautiful location but room for improvement"

The location was amazing, as was the beach! The staff in the restaurant were really friendly and kind. There were nice touches like fresh , cold water always available.

The concierge staff at the door were a bit rude, including bumping into my husband and not acknowledging this. Breakfast wasn’t included despite paying a high, premium price of staying and the slide wasn’t working. The cost of ice cream was obscene - $10 for a small ice lolly. Also I kept being told through booking.com emails with the hotel that we could not have a cot for our two year old son due to fire regulations even though the room was massive and there was a clear exit route to the door when we did phone reception directly and get a cot in the room.
