Naples Grande Beach Resort

I found that the Naples Grande met all my expectations when I chose to reserve here. The staff was exceptional and the location can't be beat. I look forward to returning after the renovation.

We just killed a full sized cockroach, evidence brown soiled sheets and blood stained towels. Th staff is. Ice, and place is otherwise clean, but god! Let’s hope we got the worst of the pre renovation woes, but they let the place go and did this to the customers. The Naples Grande Astoria is long, long gone. So sad

My wife and I planned an eight day stay based on past experiences. Unfortunately things have changed significantly from those past experiences. First thing we discovered was they were closing in 2 weeks for a major renovation. When we made the reservations last year there was no evidence of this. Even worse they are charging full price for a run down facility with disgruntled employees. Just one example…we scheduled 2 days at a pool side cabana for $349.00 each day. Only to find out that a number of the advertised convinces were not operational. We then found out that the management didn’t care because they were not going to spend money when they were closing soon. If we had been informed of this we wouldn’t have spent so much money. Even if the renovations are spectacular (with I’m sure the prices will also be) we will never include this as a vacation destination…management isn’t changing so why would we? There are too many options in this area where the management cares enough to put us first.

This is a great location to stay. I would strongly recommend this place whether for business or a great family experience!! I will be coming back here anytime I can!
