The hotel was clean.

We didn’t feel safe at all. We thought the location would have been great because of the proximity to the train station and sites, unfortunately there was rioting and armed police in front of the hotel so we had to go through the police lines to get to the location. When we inquired about the police activity the first time the hotel staff brushed it off saying this happens a lot. Later we found out there were fires in front of the hotel due to rioting. We saw lots of youth being chased by police, what seemed to be pickpocketing so you had to get out of the way quickly. The rioting continued and got so bad all we could hear was the screaming and tear glass explosions which we could see and hear from our room. The hotel staff did not make us feel safe at all, there was not even a manager on site to speak with. At one point they locked the doors and we had to wait for another guest to exit out in order for us to be able to get inside.

Location and decor great. As expected from a Hilton. Excellent buffet food too.

When arriving I needed to change for a conference and staff were not particularly helpful. Some staff were positively unfriendly. Premium hotels need to provide a home away from home and assist with things like this. No sense of that from staff - same level of service as you’d expect in a motel. In the end I paid an early check in fee although even the communication around that itself was awkward. It should be entirely smooth and easy for the brand and prices charged.

Great location right across from Brussels Central train station, a short walk away from Grand Place (only a block or so away), nearby mini supermarket. On check in we weren't provided with any information about the executive lounge which was part of our booking. We tried to access the room and couldn't, so went back to reception. The lady put access on the card, but when we went to try it again it still wasn't working, so we needed to go back to reception again. The hotel room was large but a bit tired. The bathroom was once again large with a separate bath and shower, but there were some impracticalities, for example there was a door stopper right where you would put the bathmat, there was no powerpoint, the tissues throughout the whole box were all wet. The housekeepers don't speak English so we had to mime tissues and got the feeling she said she'd bring some soon, but didn't. When we asked reception for some, we were told that the hotel had completely run out and they would provide some the next day. We never received any. The executive lounge was great. They had happy hour where you could get beer or wine from 5pm - 7pm. The server of this was fantastic - very friendly and helpful. There was also food out throughout the day. At breakfast time there was some cereal, yoghurt and pastries. During happy hour there was some hot food, antipasta type food etc. This hotel has the potential to be something really amazing, there's just a few small service elements that could be improved. Still a really great base for your Brussels vacation.

設備の故障が多く他の客もクレームを言っていたが対応がとても遅くしかも不親切。シャワー水圧が弱く水回りが不便。チェックアウトではPCのシステムエラーで15分以上そのまま待たされ最後は明細書を渡されず精算完了と言われ驚いた。その間、隣の客がエアコンの故障を訴えるが問題ないと受付スタッフは取り合わず客の方が諦めて退散。安い宿なら仕方ないが他のヒルトンではあり得ない。以前から口コミで書かれている改善点はそのまま放置されている。様々な不具合でサービスに電話してもなかなか繋がらず延々待たされ対応も遅いので直接受付までクレームを言いに来る客がいたがスタッフは謝罪はせず不機嫌で問題解決に努力しない。
