"Traditional house with modern feel, warm hosts who made the stay comfortable."

Modern yet with traditional. Conveniently located along main road with shops further down. 9kg washer can comfortably wash large load. Very friendly hosts who welcomed us warmly.

Probably more places to hang clothes to dry after washing them. Good that the heater was strong enough to dry the clothes overnight. Parking was opposite the apartment though.

"Good place for stay in Kumamoto."

Location is perfect for tourist spot. Nice & friendly owner.

The weather was cold and there was not enough blankets for everyone. At night there was a very noisy from traffic.

Beautiful wooden interiors, historic house, very comfortable with all I needed in the kitchen room enough for a family. Nice outside porch area. Laundry was very convenient. Host was very friendly and helpful.

Comfort of the beds could be improved with a layer of foam

"Definitely a recommendation. Charming room with very friendly owners."

Staff was very friendly and helpful. They gave great recommendations for restaurants/activities and always responded to inquiries very quickly. The accomodation is part of a charming traditionally styled japanese house and the room was quite big. The room was also clean and equipped with pretty much anything you could ask for.

The accomodation is located close to a busy street. Thus, it can get a bit noisy inside the room even with closed windows. But nothing that bothered us too much.

"Great holiday house in Kumamoto"

We love the stay here! Spacious, clean, aesthetically pleasing, all the amenities you need and also free parking. The owners are amazing people and I definitely recommend staying here if you're travelling in Kumamoto.

The unit has a washing machine but no dryer. There is a few coin laundries nearby and some of them close around 11 or 12.
