Perfect location for my needs. Room was comfortable but had a strong cleaning smell and tile floor was a little sticky. Lots of freeway noise - but it is right next to the freeway and that’s what I wanted, so not really a negative. Staff was friendly & helpful.

"Do not trust house keeping and the staff here! "

Do not trust house keeping at the hotel especially this one at the Hampton Inn Livermore. After realizing I left something in the room after I checked out and when called to check they were no where to be found. No one has checked in after I left which means it had to be there. Staff was not at all being efficient trying to find the lost item and said they don’t have it. I question the integrity of the hotels house keeping. Very shady not helpful at all.

My husband and I had the most wonderful experience at this well kept hotel. The general manager Elmer Cruz Reyes went over and above to get us what we needed. The staff is extremely pleasant- the breakfast was very good. Our room was comfortable and relaxing. A+
