Had a procedure at Stanford in Livermore. The beds are so comfortable, I slept like a baby. Friendly staff and quiet comfortable room in safe area.

The reason for the four star in cleanliness is because I am just wondering if our room was a pet friendly room before we came in because when we opened the door to our room, it was very strong smelling of cleaners and in spots the rug fell damp. I specifically asked for a room that did not allow pets in it. don’t get me wrong. I am all for having a very clean room, but when I felt the rug in spots, it made me think it might be a pet friendly room and I did not want that.
