Sehr bequeme Betten. Tolle Aussicht. Sehr freundliches Personal. Vor allem beim Frühstück. Sehr reichhaltiges Frühstück.

Der Frühstücksraum war extrem voll an diesem Morgen. Es war sehr laut und hat auch etwas mehr Zeit in Anspruch genommen. Das lässt sich natürlich nicht vermeiden, wenn das Hotel gut belegt ist. Da wir aber nun schon ein paar Mal bei Ihnen waren und es noch nie so voll war, hätte ih mir eine kleine Info beim Einchecken gewünscht, dass das Hotel gut belegt ist. Dann hätten wir uns zeitlich und gedanklich darauf einstellen können. Aber das ist jetzt wirklich meckern auf hohem Niveau. Als zweiten Punkt würde ich mir an wärmeren Tagen eine etwas leistungsstärkere Klimaanlage wünschen.

Trotz CheckIn ab 15 Uhr war mein Zimmer bereits um 13 Uhr fertig. Der Empfang war sehr freundlich und unkompliziert. Das Zimmer hatte eine ausreichende Größe, im 20. Stock zudem eine tolle Aussicht. Großer Pluspunkt war die Nespresso Maschine - nach über 4 Stunden Anfahrt eine Wohltat. Das Frühstück war ein gutes, Hotel Standard Frühstück. Das Personal war sehr nett und aufmerksam. Bei meinem nächsten Aufenthalt in Leipzig buche ich gerne wieder.
