USUSi got an unexpected charge on my card for no reason. i checked out at 11:02 check outs at 11 i called from my room and they told me im successfully checked out and never mentioned they would have to charge me extra fees. for what i still dont know

INUSUSClean room, good sized bathroom, beds were comfortable and parking was very near my room.
Fairly noisy room with toilet flushes in adjacent rooms being very auditable. people coming and going in adjactent rooms was very audible and a bit annoy while I tried to watch my iPad. WiFi didn't work on my phone or ipad.
USI love this place alot. It was very clean, our room was large, also the staff were very friendly and accommodating. Plus, the noise levels were so low. Even with neighbor's, I could barely hear anyone.
The bed. Wasn't the worst or best I've slept in but it felt worn and not a lot of life left in it.

The mattress was squeaky and not very comfortable and the TV would not come on.

$10 parking, space too small. Bed hard as the floor. At night, the translucent bathroom window magnifies the lights in the alley between buildings and the translucent glass bathroom door makes it worse. Blackout drapes are too short and don’t block the parking lot lights. If you bring a sleep mask or don’t mind bright rooms at night, you’ll be ok. I got no sleep. Won’t be back.
