Some of the grounds felt rundown (leaking A/C units with towels to absorb the water, rotten planter boxes, unkept overhang roofs with debris).

USUSThe room was very clean and seemed new. The ability to check in before arriving made check in smooth and fast. I felt safe and was pleasantly surprised with the good location.
The only small thing is the walls were very thin making it easy to hear the tv or neighbors talking in the next room over. However, everything else was great.
