Pool room was way to hot

The pool was absolutely wonderful..each room on first floor had sliding glass door to the pool which was nice. Location was great at well. Close to restaurants.

The price was a bit much. Breakfast same as the rest.

The room seemed a little odd to begin with -- kind of dark - the only window opening right out to the pool, so opening the drapes wasn't an option. There was a portable air-conditioner sitting in one corner of the room - seemed a little unusual. But when we got up in the morning and turned on a lamp and saw roaches scurrying up and down the wall, that was the final straw! Reported this to management -- and they refused to refund our stay, or even apologize for our experience. I've never before stayed in a room with bugs in it, and certainly never would intentionally. Their rate for this infested room was $165.00 plus fees and taxes - not exactly what I think of as a "cheap" stay. I am surprised that this property is allowed to carry the Quality Inn name - not a name I would ever trust again.

Location was great. They are under renovation but everything was clean and staff friendly Rooms were comfortable

Good coffee but breakfast was nothing to brag about. Limited selection. Served Andy one kind of bagel. Just eggy and waffles for hot selections

Tucked away. Near restaurants and some stores. Quiet. Little issue with directions given to front desk. In regards to all my guest where use there cards on check in. The first person checked in was put on my card and caused issues with my company due to what they thought was a duplicate transaction and froze my card.
