1 of the rooms was dirty with pieces of brillo all over the carpet where someone before had been doing drugs in it and wasn't cleaned. spa tub was old. the guy at front desk didn't want to move us to another room because I booked on booking.com. but gave us a smaller room but no price adjustment was done again he said because I booked on booking.com. it shouldn't matter it's your hotel not bookings. it was a 60.00 price difference which is alot. from king room with spa tub to a double bed room.

I love the fact they have balcony rooms that lead straight to pool and playground

The edging around the bottom of wall was coming apart and the blankets were stained

Portable air-conditioning units used in all rooms and vented through the wall into the indoor pool area. Very loud. Decay everywhere.
