Quality Inn Milan-Sandusky

The 1 day we got to use the pool was really nice and relaxing.

Was told quite time was at 10 yet our neighbors across from us were slamming doors and yelling nonsense till about 3 am

As far as location it was fine. As far as cleanliness they can do better. The pools were terrible and closed randomly within the 4days of being there however I really didn’t even want my kids in the pool because couldn’t see the bottom. The gym was disgusting actually it needed clean, air did not work, 1 out of 3 of the cardio machines semi worked . Breakfast was nothing really. The bathrooms in the room were so small that if the door was open you would have to step in the toilet to get out of the shower you have stand between the toilet and sink just to shut the door. The beds move all over the floor. This is a place you stay 1 night if staying for any length of time think other wise. My family sucked it up for what we needed it for and what it cost but it sucked. I personally feel even though we may have not spent a lot still all the other things it offers was terrible also you can beat everything from the rooms and hall way around you

Walls in the room were dirty the pools were not clean and not balanced the gym was disgusting and didn’t work breakfast options sucked the WiFi sucked

I've stayed here many times over the years. Its gone way downhill. We actually left a day early because of rowdy people there. The rooms are ok, but tub had a dirt ring, hallways not vacumed, trash sitting out for days, first day no toilet paper, second day they took all our dirty towels but didnt leave any clean ones. Staff was very nice but the place has gone way downhill. I won't be staying there again. Breakfast was oatmeal or waffles, but theres food right across the street. Good luck if you decide to stay here.

Bathroom was dated. Tv didn’t work with remote. But the staff was excellent!

Very friendly staff, building could use some maintenance but minimal, was very clean, also very nice atmosphere and close to everything we needed.

It was alright the breakfast was very minimal but it fed us the people were very nice but it could be a little cleaner mainly in the bathroom

I liked the staff at front desk. I really like the spacious bathrooms and rooms in general. Will stay here again.

Staff was friendly, but the entire hotel was old and run down. The hotel itself was clean enough, until you looked at the beds themselves. The sheets, blankets and comforters had HUGE and multiple stains. I took one blanket down to the front desk for replacement as it appeared someone had spilled orange pop on it. Almost as if it had not even been washed at all. The new one was clean and they were happy to replace it. We took the bed covers off as they were horrific with stains. Breakfast was almost non-existent. Cereal and waffles. Nothing else. Not even a piece of fruit. Milk was gone. Had to go to front desk, TWICE to get milk for cereal. The only thing to eat!!! It was rough overall, but the cost was low and I can see why now. Sad. It just needs a little TLC.
