"It was a beautiful room. But not hearing back from anyone after I called 2 times left a bad taste."

It was a beautiful room and i enjoyed the cookies we got at check-in

I called 2 times before my stay and left 2 voicemails to see if i was able to get an earlier check-in time. No one called me back. I got to Andover at 10:30 AM and had to wait for a 4PM check-in which felt like a waster of money when we had a 11AM check out time.

We had a great stay. The staff were amazing, super helpful and accommodating. Genesis at the front desk, Gail and Beth at breakfast, and Lorraine at the front desk were particularly helpful and kind. We were traveling with our kids for a swim meet, which was exhausting, and they all made our weekend easy and fun.
