The staff was so sweet and always had a smile on their face

When we got to our room the toilet was constantly running even though we didn’t use it. So at 2am we switched to another room and that room the bathroom sinks stopper was stuck down and we really couldn’t use the only sink in the hotel room due to the sink being plugged. Maintenance did come the next morning and fix it but you would think after a room switch that the second would be better…. Also no sort of compensation was given and that was pretty disappointing.

"For.the price we paid was too high. The staff, did there job, but definitely not friendly."

Not good, for the price. Easy in and easy out, but the room was just adequate. Too expensive for what I got

It was the location for our most recent "Gal's Weekend"

Everything was excellent except the room heating system which appeared to be a choice of FULL Force Heat which got stifling, cold AC blasting, or just completely shut off which would then get too cold.

Check in with Nisrine was fast and easy! She did a great job. We will definitely use this hotel when we are back in the area. Breakfast was fantastic as well.
