Clean, and staff are always so pleasant.

No pool as advertised.

The location was exceptional. It near restaurants and a mall.

The room was not ready upon arrival. After cleaning for approximately 15 minutes from start to finish, the non smoking room smelled like smoke, the bedding was changed to stain lining, the bathroom was not touch but the roll of tissue was replaced, The soap and shampoo was provided with a stain cloth neatly fold. There was, no towels or wash cloth provided. There was suspectous activities.

When I checked in at 3:18pm, I was told my room wasn't clean because of housekeeping shortage. I was put in the room and told that a housekeeper will come to clean room. I tried to get another room they said that room are all booked. I inquired about housekeeping. I was told that she was still coming. 9pm housekeeping came to clean room. It took 45 min to clean. Previous guest had left their clothes. Took a shower and went to bed after she left. 3:30 am I woke up to itching. Got up went to bathroom. Came back to lay down and saw a red bug on the pillow. Caughted in a cup to show management in the morning and took a picture of it in the cup. Couldn't sleep. In the morning took cup to the office. I told him that it was a bed bug. He said good that I caught and front desk clerk took the cup put the still moving bed bug onto the counter then mashed it the counter and told me that it was a gnat not a bed bug and put it back into the cup. I couldn't believe what just happened. Went back to the room, got my things turned in the key and left. This use to be one of my favorite places to stay. 110 was the room number.
