I like the flexibility of being able to change my reservation. Traveling can be very enjoyable until the unexpected happens. Then it could be tragic. I wasn't able to reach my 1st planned reservation, so changing to a closer was appreciated. This was done WITHOUT HUMAN interaction. Online is usually available.

The disgusting look of the stained towels, burnt bed cover, and greeting by over friendly strangers on the balcony. They even went as far as to give my dog a pork bone without asking, just plopping it down on the ground in front of the room, my room door. Also, there was no heat or air-conditioning. In the morning, I noticed what seemed to be stripped wires coming from the unit.
