"Quick trip to Knoxville"

My experience at the hotel was awesome. It is a clean and convenient place to stay while you’re in Knoxville. Kevin, Brandon, Ashley, and Megan were all excellent. They were all very friendly and welcoming. I can tell they are great employees!

Location was nice.

Wifi didn't work in my room. Staff told me it was because of my room location. They offered no solution and I was not able to get any work emails done. Poor guest service.
