"Extremely good accommodations"

My wife had surgery in Knoxville that didn’t require overnight stay but we needed to be close.Im glad we chose this place.The moment Brandon noticed us trying to get to the hotel he was very quick to help.And every time I saw him after he asked how she was with genuine concern and offered help profusely.We will be staying here on our Knoxville trips from now on.

I have stayed at dozens of Hampton Inns over the years but this location was among my best stays for sure. We were traveling to spend Christmas with my son who just joined the Navy on our way to Pensacola. The hotel was beautifully appointed for the holidays. We were greeted with a welcome bag filled with Christmas goodies. What a beautiful touch! Mae checked is in and was very accommodating. Breakfast was very nice. Upon checking out Brandon wished us a Merry Christmas and gave us some extra bottles of water for the road. A+ guys. You have my business for years to come. I wish all hotels and their staff were like this. Merry Christmas gang and well done!
