Everything was great needs some usb up grades. But all and all everything was great.
The staff is simply the best!!
First off, Expedia and hotel website showed hotel had a hot tub, which was a factor in choosing it....it did not have hot tub. Coffee pot didn't work, had to call twice for a working one. Asked for more towels and was told the staff would bring them. Finally had to ask next morning because we never got them Ice maker didn't work....turned off for sanitation purposes but not informed of that. Sink faucet leaked. Second to last night air stopped working....had to call maintenance for new batteries for thermostat. Room never cooled below 76. Last night there, room was at 78 and wouldn't cool down. Maintenance did finally come in and replace air filter which was totally plugged up. It took 8 hours to finally get to 72. Made it extremely difficult to sleep. When checking out, we voiced our concerns and it was like they didn't matter. To be fair it was a younger guy checking us out. I was not happy, especially for the price we paid.
Staff at the front desk were spectacular! A friendly smile at the end of a long travel days is a blessing. Thank-you for making a routine task a cakewalk for me and my wife. Housekeeping were full of smiles and were more than happy to help me with an extra towel. I will definitely book again. Great staff is the magic ingredient for a happy traveler.
The staff here was super friendly and understanding of my needs as special needs mom. So grateful.
The room was dirty and dated (stains on most furniture) paid for non-smoking room and room smelled like smoke. Switched rooms and still smelled like smoke.
The power outage really disrupted the check-in time and the cleanliness of the rooms. Was really disappointed the rooms had molding floor in the bathroom. The air vent was really dirty. You can see the dirty air mark on the ceilings where the vent is pointing. I would really appreciated to receive some compensation for this issue.
Arrived later but was greeted with kindness. Hotel was clean and safe. Enjoyed the suite and all the features.
I loved that is right by convenient shopping and dining options. It could use some updating, it's a little tattered and outdated. Overall a great stay though.
All suites, full kitchen and breakfasts are great.
