"It was OK best part about it was it was close to Disneyland"

It was close to Disneyland

I requested Disneyland side. I booked two rooms and they put me on the back side of the hotel overlooking all their construction material and the noise of the workers we went Wednesday Thursday Friday, and you could hear the workers.

"Outstanding staff - and a perfect location for Disney"

A great hotel - but what makes it stand out is the amazing staff at the front desk. Everytime you walk past - there is a "good morning" or "welcome back" - and it makes the hotel feel like coming home.

The bathrooms are a little bit dated - but they are still fine.

"Nice but noisy"

Proximity to Disneyland, clean room

Since the rooms are not accessible from inside a building and therefore all doors are open to a balcony, there is a lot of outside noise. In addition the housekeeping carts are very loud

"For 700$ I wouldn’t book again"

My experience at the Fairfield was a 6/10. During my two-day stay, I did not see housekeeping service the room at all. I had to request towels and bed sheets each time I needed them. On my first day, while laying on one of the beds, I noticed one of the sheets had what appeared to be blood stains. The restroom also felt unclean, and there were what appeared to be pubic hairs on the floor. Additionally, the refrigerator had a strong and unpleasant odor. The TV internet connection was very slow, and there was no microwave available in the room. Overall, the stay did not meet expectations in terms of cleanliness, amenities, and basic housekeeping service.
