Great location, clean and attentive staff

Location is great for Disneyland. The staff is great (with one small exception, see below). The rooms are large, with plenty of space for people and bags.

Desk clerk at checkin was confusing and unhelpful; she tried to tell me I shouldn't pay with my debit card because the deposit would come out multiple times because it can be used like an ATM. What? The parking/valet was also a big problem. The hotel has currently blocked off ALL parking at the back of the building, so there aren't enough spaces. This means that the valets are double- and triple-parking them, including blocking self-park spaces and the entire handicap-accessible section.

BEWARE if they put you in 101/102/103 or any rooms on any of the 9 floors ending in 01/02/03 YOU WILL hear all 4 elevators running constantly. It’s obscenely loud and THEY KNOW IT. One of the front desk ladies said “they try not to put people there”
