I spoke with many different individuals regarding my hotel reservation prior to arrival to ensure things ran smoothly. However, upon arrival, the reservation was a complete mess. After all the back-and-forth I was able to secure a room, but rather than staying two nights, we only stayed one because the rooms were not that impressive and the staff had trouble getting anything correct with our reservation.

"Very Good"

Location is great.

Our window was partially open and it was very loud with sirens in the room. I was able to get the window closed after I scraped out what looked to be a decade worth of dirt and debris that had collected in the gap. The price was absolutely ridiculous but its what all hotels seem to do when events happen. Even with the window fully closed the sirens sound like they are in the room with you. Bring earplugs if you are not used to constant sirens all night.

"Great place to stay which is close to the park"

The location was convenient since it was across the street from Grant Park and along Michigan Ave. It was clean and effiicent. The room I had was excellent for the price and would stay there again. It was easily the best hotel experience. There is no coffee maker in the room but I had credit to use the cafe downstairs which serves Starbucks and a grab n go breakfast. Service was very good and as an Hilton Honors member I was very much impressed with my room.
