"AWFUL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!"

I didn’t stay for breakfast. I stayed 3 hours until I could get my kids to come and get me. Then the clerk said I had them staying in my room and so they are denying me a refund. It is the dirtiest hotel I have ever seen. I have stayed in Knights Inn so I know dirty hotels. Cleaning supples wouldn’t have helped. It was that bad. Shouldn’t have booked through booking.com because getting a refund isn’t happening for a 3 hour stay in a dumpster.

"My day was full of unexpected dilemma and expenses, rude staff, and just one big old headache"

There wasn’t much good to say about the property. The beds were fine. The hotel room looked clean.

The staff was super rude harassing my wife on multiple occasions, giving me false information not advertising that there is $100 deposit for a two star hotel. The smell and some locations was god-awful. Some areas smelling like feces some location smelling like cigarettes and paint.

"Stains on linen"

Dirry sheer or lots of stain towels had stains bathtub was not well taken care of. The room needed a good cleaning stucky counters toilet seat dirty tib dirty. Waiting on my 100 deposit still.

Very rude at check in. Gave us the wrong room and didn’t care. Room was disgustingly. Major remodel needs to happen. This place should be condemned.

"Good"

The bedding was stained and we had to get them to give us new bedding. The toilet was messed up. The room smelled like smoke. I would not recommend anyone to stay here.

It was close to the destination where I was going

I didn’t like anything about it I fell and hurt myself in the shower notified staff and nothing was done about it room walls were filthy it was a hole in the bathroom door that they had attempted to fix but it was still very visible it was not enough tissue or towels in our room and when we asked housekeeping for more we were told to go downstairs to ask the front desk even though the housekeeper was already on our floor the sheets had stains and were itchy everything was horrible
