Bathroom floor, especially behind the toilet around the baseboard and tub was not cleaned. The tub needed re-glazed..did not even use the shower at all! We had 1 washcloth.. no hand towels, only 2 big towels..were not very well laundered, stains were present. My window was not locked, and it was broken/ cracked. My room was on ground floor too! Ice bucket bag was actually a trash bag. Did not dare get ice from machine. A guest kept letting his dog do #2 right by the Door to get to your room from parking lot. No security cameras on outside perimeter..only in hallways. So lock your vehicles!!!

The inside common areas and lobby were nice plus it was a great price for the area I needed to stay in. The best part by far was the attendant working the front desk both evenings of my stay.

There were some things that could definitely use some updating or repair while others could use a thorough cleaning. The breakfast that was offered was a very unfortunate letdown that my family and I had counted on in order to keep the cost of our weekend trip to our daughter’s cheerleading competition as low as possible.

The breakfast says continental but a waffle some corn flakes or toast is not continental. The place isn't clean the linens on the bed are not clean this place needs a whole new power wash inside n out. Housekeeping unless u watch for them u will have to go to the office n get ur own towels tp or whatever u may need.

-100000000/10 … We had to move rooms 3 times. The first rooms heater was broken during a snow storm. 2nd room had an infestation of roaches on the bed and on the walls. The 3rd room and we are still here so there might be a new review is musty, old and unkept. There should be no reason a hotel that makes money can’t call pest control to fix the issue it’s really all bad and if there wasn’t a snow storm coming we would leave immediately. The breakfast consists of stale muffins and a broken juice machine. I would give this negative stars if I could but this was by far the worst hotel in fact I can’t even call this a hotel
