Baymont by Wyndham Indianapolis Airport Lynhurst

Easily accessible, affordable

The place is affordable, but the cleanliness is poor. I saw cockroaches in the bathroom, experienced itching while sleeping that suggested possible bedbugs, and the bedspread and bedsheets were stained. The breakfast was also poor, with no fruits or variety.

Not good what food there was was stale

No working vending machines, had to pay for Airport shuttle

Night staff was wonderful.

Cleanliness was not up to par, Sheets and comforters were all stained, not a very good look. Breakfast waffles were very good but the bagels and bread were very stale and hard. Day staff wasn't very friendly. I'm not able to show photos because my phone was left behind in Indianapolis.

The evening staff was very nice and tried to be attentive to our needs.

When we got into the rooms I didn't like what I saw. The rooms weren't vacauumed very well. There was cereal under the desk and crumbs with some typed of plastic on the side of the bed toward the wall by the chair. There was a bug that look like a small centipede in the bathroom. There was a spider by the window. The sheets were stained and the top cover of the bed had huge stains on them. For breakfast the waffles were good but the bread, bagles were hard not fresh at all. The staff (male) was friendly but when he offered us another room we found a spider in the bathroom. He did insenuate my daughter being a liar. So we won't be staying at this hotel again. I don't have pictures because Im not filling this out on my phone.

Room was full of cockroachs and the staff did not care about it. We checked in went to or room and walked out did NOT stay at all.
