The room was disgusting first of all and when I woke up in the morning a cockroach greeted me. Did not get a picture even though I really regret it now.

Was there only for one night

Hardly much to like the property seemed vacant when first pulled up the parking lot and driveway was half dirt potholes everywhere.

You could tell the entire hotel hallways and common areas were absolutely disgusting and filthy, the room itself was not too bad, but legitimately everything else about this hotel was horrendous

Average; the pool was advertised but not open at all in August; $100 deposit refund was credited back on CC 5 days after checkout

Property was very nasty and roaches. Nothing like the pictures look online. Don’t go there. Had to wait until morning time to get my refund back and wasn’t refunded back my entire amount. Only a partial amount would not recommend them ever.

Was a bit misleading about being pet friendly. Other La Quinta facilities I have stayed at didn’t charge for pets.

Customer service . Very rude had bugs and argued with me over my refund. Also said I could speak with manager but they unhook phone so was never able to speak with them.

The rooms look like they have been newly updated. The beds were comfortable and the space was clean. If you could teleport into the bedroom from your car and never experience any other part of this hotel or the parking lot, you'd have a pretty decent opinion about this hotel. I liked that the hotel was close to the airport and inexpensive for the 6 hours I would be sleeping there. Both the night and morning staff at the front desk were friendly and helpful.

The area around the hotel is older and run down. The outside of the hotel itself (parking/area) isn't great. The rear/side entrances were old and rundown. The rear entryway was dirty and dingy and in need of an update. There is no elevator even though this is a 2-story hotel. You can tell the entire building is very old and run down, but they've tried to make it better by updating the rooms. If the rooms had matched the rest of the experience, I would not have stayed there that night. Fortunately, the rooms looked updated and were clean.
