Based on some of the past reviews, I wasn't expecting much. Instead, it turned out that the LQ was pretty decent, far better than some of its similarly and even higher priced competition. The room wasn't fancy by any means but clean and acceptable. The furnishings were trash, things worked and the environmental overall was pleasant and worth the rate I paid. I would choose it again.

They did not clean or take care of the property. If it hadn't been almost midnight we would have left. After seeing how bad the room was the next morning, we decided to make a formal complaint with corporate and took pictures.

Room smelled clean and sheets fresh

I’ll give you pros and cons of our recent stay. Pros: 1. The price was very inexpensive, so for that I did not have extremely high expectations. 2. The front desk lady was very friendly and helpful. 3. The bed was pretty comfortable, and I usually struggle to sleep well on hotel beds. 4. The shower was excellent! Great water pressure, plenty of hot water for a long shower. 5. Though we did not use it, the pool looked nice and clean. 6. Check out time is at noon which is later than most hotels. Cons: 1. The room was dingy. It looked like it was minimally cleaned. 2. Even the shampoo bottle was 1/4 full and dirty/-there was grease or dirt around the rim of the lid—so clearly they are reused. 3. There were only two plugs in the room, so I had to charge my phone in the restroom. 4. The ice machine was dirty and slimy on the inside and out.

Value for money, great staff

The AC window unit needs replacing. The room was adequate.

The room stinks but no complain because of the price paid. I’m disappointed about the quality as I expected more from this brand. The customer service was excellent on the positive side

Stuff left in the refrigerator that’s been in there a while, crumbs in the bed, hair in the bed, roaches, and look like blood stain on the sheets. I had to sleep in top of the blanket and use my daughter’s that we traveled with in our vehicle. I had read the reviews but I thought it was just people trying to get their money back no listen to the reviews. I have pictures too
