Not bad but also not very safe. Rooms were dirty but they did there best to fix the issues. Only stayed because they are pet friendly.

The hotel itself was clean and quiet My only issue is with hotels that ive booked and paid for online then want to put a hold on my cc but in doing so not only this hotel but many will charge for the room again and put a hold on card this happens way to often

The hotel was nice for the price. The guy at the front desk was super helpful and nice. I will be booking again.

Unsafe and diirty with roaches

I booked a suite here a month in advance for 4 nights. When I got there apparently my room was unavailable because a couple were living in that room and they can’t rent it out. They didn’t inform me that this room was unavailable until I was standing in the lobby, they claimed that they tried to call me but they didn’t call the right number. Naturally I was upset and they offered to give me a regular king room for my stay. I asked if I would be able to get it at a discount for the inconvenience and they said no. Ok fine, I took the room because I was already there To give them a second chance. My husband and I drove over to the room. Once we got in there there immediately was a musty smell and the carpet was wet and sticky. My husband was saying maybe they just cleaned but there was also a dead lizard stuck to the bathroom floor. We sat on the bed for a moment because I was still visually upset , and my husband was comforting me. A couple minutes later i immediately started breaking out in hives on my neck, wrists, face and legs. I was so itchy I started to cry, and let me say for me to break out the way I did, I’m only majorly allergic to dust and mold. DO NOT GO HERE. This place is disgusting, terrible service, musty, the AC didn’t even work properly, and they obviously don’t keep up very well with their reservations. I got a refund, and they didn’t even apologize even when I was standing in front of them miserable, itching and crying. They just rolled their eyes at me.

Good relation price/quality

Lots of men just loitering outside and on the stair wells, obstructing my ability to get to my room. Also, having strangers loitering on the walkways left me feeling a little unsafe because I have no way of knowing why they are there or if they even have a room.

This hotel is so nasty . You literally sleeping with roaches . It smells old and filthy , the walls and curtains all dirty. If pest control can’t fix the roaches they need to shut down completely. Front desk like to say they call pest control to come spray obviously not
