Quality Inn & Suites

Property was under renovation which presented some unique accommodations. Overall, it was a quiet stay & convenient to the Superdome, the French Quarter, and Casinos.

This hotel was not in any condition to accept guests. Broken light switch and light fixture hanging from it's wires. The room was dirty old bedding was stained. Loud argument could be heard from the room next door after midnight. I did not feel safe. The worst hotel is I've ever stayed in

this place was horrible! It was filthy there were bedbugs, other bugs, and worms I have cancer so I cannot be exposed to things like that and I want a full refund. I should not have to pay for something that was so horrible. And I have pictures and a video to prove it! I would like for someone to contact me in regards to refunding my money for the 2- nights. I booked three rooms (118, 119, 120) for nine people. The bathroom in each room was very dirty. Room 118 smelled very bad, and the floors of all three rooms were not clean either. The breakfast was a decent one though.

The pest control sucks spiders, and the fact I'm in a handicap room, but the bed and sheets were decent

This place is bad

Television not working and some lights not working but place quite ok for short stay.

The place was filthy. There was mold growing on the door, the walls were bubbling from humidity. The floors were oily, covered in potato chips from the last guests, and a used glow stick in the drawer. There was no waste bin, and the sink water came out boiling hot, you could literally see steam.

Mold everywhere…the guy moved me three times but every room had mold.

Gut the bathrooms
