This property is in dire need of improvement. The property had a broken shower, strange liquids on the floor, no TV, remote control, and one non-functioning lock to be honest, the only things that seem to be working for the air conditioning, the lights, and the Wi-Fi

Off the beaten path halfway between the airport and NOLA, in a mixed commercial area. The property is not very well maintained but I had a nice stay. Two VERY GOOD restaurants nearby. Essentially on-premises is Mantra, a very nice Punjabi (Indian) restuarant. Even better, one block away is Chef Ron's Gumbo Stop, which sooo out-performs is location. I ate there three times, tried something new every time, all great. I would have taken more gumbo on the plane with me, but for TSA rules.

Rooms need cleaning, poor physical environment, fridge door not close.

Good value for the price. Conveniently located to MSY airport

Great location on next to I-10, lots of food and shopping around. The only issue is the floor is extremely dirty in the particular room. It is hard to see due to the color of the laminate, but our feet got blackened in a minute. I have stayed in this property a few times before, but it wasn't like this before. Other than that, I love this property and will come back again.

Biggest bathroom I've seen a regular hotel. There was a lot of trash in the parking lot and a lot of potholes but the hotel itself was a good nights sleep. I just hope it doesnt go down hill after the switch because i would stay here again.

Honest review from an out of towner .. I was a little skeptical booking here based on the mixed reviews. The people who were complaining about the condition of the property must’ve been bougie and looking for a 5 star. I’m not a big complainer but I’m also not gonna stay somewhere with bad conditions or service. I had a great experience staying here. My microwave wasn’t working at first and I was just going to leave it because I was able to use the one in the lobby and wasn’t staying long but the nice pretty lady that checked me in made sure maintenance came to check it out. It was just hooked up to a light switch that was flipped off. All the staff was nice, the place was pretty clean, free of bugs, smelled nice. All I could ask for considering the price I paid. There were like 1 or 2 pot holes in the lot, very visible and easy to maneuver around. If you’re thinking of booking you should.
