La Quinta Inn by Wyndham New Orleans West Bank / Gretna

Desk clerk was amazing. Checked and was downgraded in room selection. Had to come back to rekey the cards. Elevator smelled like crack. Room was disgusting. Door knob jiggled. No bedbugs but there was body hair, dirt, crumbs and dead ants in the beds. Body hair in bathroom. Blacklight revealed stains everywhere. Not small one. Ceiling, walls, floor everywhere. Manager was rude to clerk and did not want to give us any refund because we had turned the beds down to check them and she said that shows we "used" the room.

First room we got assigned was no air conditioning it was 95° outside it was at least 95 in the room second room there were stains on the carpet stains on the mattresses one towel for a two bed room. The hot water would not turn off in the bathtub there was a table falling apart and part of the counter in the bathroom was falling apart overall it was disgusting the staff was extremely friendly and there were no bed bugs

The hotel room had roaches everywhere! everything was broken, the second bed wasn't made and it had stains. When I reported it the lady at the dest said she couldn't move us because their were no more rooms! My son and I had to sleep in the car because roaches were crawling on the nightstands She said she would have have someone reach out, no one has. I am reporting this to corporate I WANT MY MONEY BACK WORSE EXPERIENCE EVER!

Horrible need to shut down .. the lights didn’t even come on in the room mattress had mold or bed bugs residing on it .

Only one ice machine worked one one floor that we had to search for.

We had a rm downstairs, which was great, but the rm ceiling had what looked like black mold, we were next to the pool The receptionist was very nice and accommodating. We were able to leave are car there while we went on a cruize. They arranged for ride to and from the port for 10 dollars a person. The continental breakfast was good. The rm was cleN
