The host, Maurizio was amazing, friendly and helpful. The location was also perfect. Very close to the beach and bus stops.

The floors could a little bit of mopping

We had a pleasant stay overall. The host was very kind and helpful, and it was great that he spoke English, which made communication easy. Bed linen and towels were included in the price, which was very convenient. The apartment had a lovely terrace and garden, perfect for relaxing, and the location was fantastic – just a short walk to La Cinta beach. The kitchen was well-equipped, although it would have been nice to have a cutting board and some wine glasses.

On the downside, there was an unpleasant smell in the apartment when we first arrived, like it hadn't been aired out in a long time. It took a few days to get rid of it. Additionally, the curtains, wardrobes, and sofa all had a stale smell. The apartment could definitely use some renovation to freshen things up.

Perfect localization, wonderful owner, who helped us a lot, when we had problems with getting to San Teodoro from Olbia Airport. He is on the spot everyday, so you can feel supported anytime you need. I would recommend this place to everyone who would like to rest well in a quiet and nice atmosphere, close to the La Cinta Spiaggia. There is a super market near by, and few restaurants too, so the place is really convienient. City center - walking distance.

Location, Staff, the manager Maurizio was very helpful gave us lot of tips and information.

The bed could have been better, the bathroom door did not lock properly but the Manager said it will be fixed for the next season.

Possibility to reserve umbrellas at the beach would be nice

Air con worked to perfection and considering how hot it was, it was great! All very clean. Hanger for clothes outside and little terrace to relax were great! Also the peace and quiet of the area.

Have basics in the kitchen for short stays like sugar, salt and oil. Also a couple more roles of toilet paper and kitchet role.

Very nice apartment in a great location, 5 min walk to La Cinta beach and 15 min walk to the city center with many restaurants, bars. The host was very helpful and received many good info about our stay and what to do around!
