Very good location, 5 minutes from the beach. Good quality to value

We really loved our apartment and host . It has got a perfect location, 5 minutes walking distance to the beautiful beach called La Cinta, 15-20 minutes to center, very close to restaurants, beach bar, supermarkets (one small supermarket is right opposite to apartment). Also, our host really cared about waste separation which we really liked. The apartment was very cleaned.

The location,very close to la Cinta beach, 5min walk, and also to San Teodoro town centre. It has a garden. My parents could join (as the property has 2 double beds and sofabed). Maurizio and Marcella are friendly and very responsive

I think the price is quite high mostly because of the location,however the property could have been more clean,you could tell it's been cleaned on surface,not properly. The sink in the bathroom was not draining properly and the toilet was very smelly. If you want to clean anything you need to buy your own stuff,no mop there,just a standard broom and dish soap. Also,you get a big and a small towel per person and linen once,if you need more you pay 20 euros. We stayed 10 days and I find it poor to only offer that for a long stay.also we didn't get a pillow case for our 3 year old but we managed. But didn't dare to ask for additional linen,we managed to do our washing there rather than pay that much for something should be offered as standard. When my parents joined halfstay,they had to pay for linen and towels too. I think the price of the property should include that as standard for up to the number of people it can accomodate in total. Anyway,I guess you can't complain due to the location bonus.
