The steps outside was full of ashes and we got there about 15 minutes early and they wouldn't let us in the room until exactly 3:00 that's BS if the rooms are clean you should be able to enter the room the pool was not working.

Location of hotel was okay.

Bed needs to be replaced. Bathroom was very small. Room not ready when I arrived. Had to wait till after 4 pm to check in room. Room was not what I requested. I was on the far end of hotel, not upfront as requested.
